• Full Permission: I grant permission for clear, identifiable photos or videos of myself/my child's face to be used.

• No Permission: I do not grant permission for photos or videos of myself/my child's face to be used.

Tuition Policies & Procedures:

The annual registration fee of $30 is due on or before the first class and is nonrefundable. Tuition must be received by the 3rd of each month; a $15 late fee will be applied for payments made after this date. Attendance is permitted only after the full monthly tuition has been paid.

Please note that fees for missed classes or sessions will not be refunded or credited. If a student chooses to withdraw from a class or session, we are unable to offer a refund.

In the event that a class or session is canceled, NSID will provide a makeup class or issue a full refund to affected participants. Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required. The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of NSID.

Please be aware that tuition remains consistent regardless of holidays or breaks. This ensures the sustainability and quality of our programs. By enrolling in our classes or sessions, you acknowledge and agree to this nonrefundable policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver:

I understand and acknowledge that participation in Irish dance classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I hereby assume all risks associated with my/my child’s participation in these classes and agree to release NSID, its instructors, and the studio from any liability arising from injury or harm sustained during participation.
